Why put your vehicles on one policy?
Fleet terms vary by insurer. These are the things we look at with you before recommending a policy.
One renewal date
Less admin than renewing each vehicle separately.
Add and remove vehicles
Update the schedule as your fleet changes during the year.
Driver and use terms
Who may drive and what each vehicle is used for.
Claims history
How the fleet’s record affects your premium at renewal.
Excess
What you pay towards each claim, and how it’s set.
Carrying goods?
Motor cover doesn’t usually cover the cargo.
See goods-in-transit →Keep cash in the business. Spread your premium.
Pay in full, in two payments (50:50) or three (40:30:30), or spread it over 10 months with premium financing powered by Invictus.
Fleet insurance questions
How many vehicles count as a fleet?
Each insurer sets its own minimum. We tell you which insurers will treat your vehicles as a fleet and whether that works out better than individual policies.
Can different vehicles have different cover?
Many fleet policies allow comprehensive cover on some vehicles and third-party on others. We confirm this with the insurer.
What do I need to send for a quote?
A vehicle schedule (registration, make, model, year, value and use), driver details and your claims history.
How do fleet claims work?
Report any incident to us straight away. We notify the insurer and guide you through the documents, as with any motor claim.
